Job Description
We are urgently hiring a skilled OT Technician (Scrub Side) with hands-on experience in laparoscopic gynecology procedures. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in OT protocols, instrumentation, and coordination with the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgeons during laparoscopic gynecology surgeries (scrub role).
• Prepare, handle, and maintain laparoscopic gynecology instruments.
• Ensure strict adherence to OT sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Set up and operate laparoscopic tower systems and related equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team.
• Assist in emergency management within the OT as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the operation theatre.
