Job Description

We are urgently hiring a skilled OT Technician (Scrub Side) with hands-on experience in laparoscopic gynecology procedures. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in OT protocols, instrumentation, and coordination with the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons during laparoscopic gynecology surgeries (scrub role).

- Prepare, handle, and maintain laparoscopic gynecology instruments.

- Ensure strict adherence to OT sterilization and infection control protocols.

- Set up and operate laparoscopic tower systems and related equipment.

- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team.

- Assist in emergency management within the OT as required.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the operation theatre.
