We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Engineer to work on our clientele projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, automating, and supporting critical cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms, ensuring high reliability, security, and efficiency across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms (compute, storage, networking, containerisation, virtualisation, DNS, monitoring) across development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability frameworks (AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, StackOps).
• Please make sure that you comply with Whole-of-Government standards and implement security controls (access management, security hardening, compliance monitoring).
