Overview

We are looking for an Operations Support Engineer to join our 24/7 operations team. This role requires working in rotating shifts to ensure continuous system monitoring, incident response, and operational stability. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and skilled in troubleshooting issues related to our platform, backend services, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Incident Handling

• Provide L1 and L2 operational support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Monitor the health and performance of applications, services, and infrastructure during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑related issues, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Escalate incidents to relevant teams according to SLAs and priority guidelines.
