Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

This is an interview position plus CEV. The role is a frontline supervisor supporting the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture and managing specific day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers staff within a station. It involves leading and guiding employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures within the station sort function.

The Operations Supervisor has oversight for all CH functions, including direction of work activities, employee mentoring, coaching, training, and ensuring administrative processes comply with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Qualifications

• College degree.
• 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience or 2 years supervisory experience in a related industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• EXCEL Leadership Development Stream (Preferred).
