- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations, workforce activities, and lead production team using Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work)
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor defect rates and implement corrective actions
- Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
- Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
- Monitor KPIs including delivery, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency and prepare shift reports
- Facilitate daily production meetings and problem-solving sessions
