Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, and strong client relationships across assigned sites or contracts. This role leads operational teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company and client standards.
Hours: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (Evening/Night Shfit)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations across assigned sites to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to achieve operational targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
Lead, coach, and develop site supervisors and frontline teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards.
