Operations Supervisor

Job requirement

• Able to liaise with Mandarin, Vietnamese, Myanmar speaking associates
• Must have a least 1 year of experience in F&B outlet, like food court, coffee shop and restaurant
• Able to work long hours, weekend and public holiday
• Assisting operation manager in daily operation, like roster planning, ordering of stock from supplier

• Comply with company's policies and procedures relating to all outlet activities
• Perform mise-end place
• Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer
