Operations Supervisor

Job Purpose

The DSI Operations (SPCI) Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of key operational support functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted plant operations. The role supervises the coordination of SAP transactions, material availability, documentation control, audit readiness, safety compliance, and administrative support processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.

The supervisor drives accountability among personnel handling operational support activities, ensuring all processes related to procurement coordination, reporting, training compliance, and document management are executed effectively to support production requirements.

In addition, the position plays a critical role in ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance, supporting internal and external audits, managing traceability requirements, and addressing documentation gaps.
