What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily operations across Collections, Cash Applications, Billing, and IT Support teams.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics (recovery rates, call quality, contact rates) and deliver actionable insights.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to drive productivity and engagement.
• Handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
