Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage and optimize our online sales operations across different E-Commerce Platforms. The role oversees the end-to-end order fulfillment process, inventory synchronization, and team performance to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experience.

DUTIES:
- Assist in managing all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, processing, and shipping; ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time to meet same-day or next-day shipping cutoffs.
- Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflow strategies for optimize workflow.
- Implement and manage cycle counting and physical inventory procedures to achieve and maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
