Job Title: Operations Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)

We are seeking a high-energy, Operations Supervisor to oversee daily workflows and ensure seamless communication between our local team and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can translate complex operational goals into actionable results while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the operations team to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or HQ. Translate technical documents and operational reports as needed.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and implement streamlined solutions to improve efficiency.
