Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations to ensure smooth workflow, SLA compliance, and productivity targets. The role involves monitoring performance, coaching team members, maintaining quality standards, managing schedules, and delivering accurate operational reports while meeting client and stakeholder requirements.

Supervise and manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth workflow and SLA adherence.
Monitor team performance against defined KPIs and productivity targets.
Provide regular coaching, feedback and on‑floor support to team members.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with process guidelines and client requirements.
Manage attendance and shift rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with relevant operations/team-handling experience is required
