Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Supervisor, based in Lahore DHA Ph 8.
Irisco is a speciality coffee and retail café experience — and we're looking for the right person to own our operations as Supervisor / Incharge.
This is a role for someone who leads from the front, takes pride in quality, and knows how to get the best out of a small team.
What you'll own: shift operations, bar & beverage quality, team leadership, guest experience, stock management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
Who we're looking for: 2+ years in café or F&B operations, at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, working knowledge of coffee, and someone reliable, presentable, and a natural communicator. Comfort with POS systems and basic cash handling.Speciality coffee knowledge or barista certification.Experience in a premium café or speciality coffee environment
