About the Role

What does the job look like?
 The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You’ll lead frontline activity, optimise resources and support continuous improvement while delivering strong customer outcomes. Key areas: Lead daily operational and transport activities to meet safety, service and commercial targets

Ensure compliance with fatigue management, OH&S, legislative and company requirements

Coordinate fleet utilisation and contractor activity to maximise efficiency and payloads

Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions

Build strong customer relationships through accurate reporting and service delivery

Identify and implement process improvements across operations and safety
