• Location: Manila (Hybrid: 1x a month Work-from-Office)
• Shift: Mid-shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM)

• Operations & Governance: Oversee daily technical operations across data analysis, reporting, quality control, and AI initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines, SLAs, and data hygiene standards.
