About the Role
DRD Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading global iron ore producer for an experienced Operations Supervisor – Fixed Plant at a remote FIFO operation in Western Australia.
The Role
- Lead and develop a fixed plant operations team
- Coordinate daily crushing, screening, and materials handling activities
- Drive safety leadership and ensure compliance with site standards
- Monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with maintenance and planning teams to maximise uptime
- Manage reporting and systems (SAP or similar)
About You
- Supervisory experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry
- Strong fixed plant or processing background
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
- SAP or similar system experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
