The Role

This role sits between Team Leader and Shift Operations Manager and is ideal for an experienced Team Leader ready for the next step or an existing Supervisor looking for a larger, more complex operation.

This is not a “watch the shift from the office window” type of role.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership position within a fast‑paced ecommerce warehouse where customer expectations are high, volumes move quickly and every delay has a knock‑on effect somewhere.

You’ll be leading Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives across a busy ecommerce fulfilment operation, making sure orders leave accurately, on time and without operational chaos breaking out every five minutes.
