Operations Supervisor (Carpark)

Job Purpose:

Ensures full implementation of Carpark policies and procedures. Guarantee the safety of Carpark customers and employees through provision of safety and security controls.

Reponsibilities:

• Generate Daily Sales Report and submit to Accounting
• Review and analyze Carpark Financial Performance Report prepared by Accounting Department
• Prepare monthly carpark financial report
• Submit to Carpark Management Head Office and report/present during Carpark Operations Meeting
• Prepares Collection Letters to be released to tenants with existing unpaid balances
• Enrollment of tenant parking cards to system
• Coordinate with leasing department on concerns and validity of contracts
• Conduct daily inspection of all carpark areas
• Maintains inventory record/file of all carpark equipment and facilities like ticket booths, air-con etc.
