Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor will be required to work On-Site in Bogotá City.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the team's daily workload, monitoring performance, and ensuring tasks are completed according to client expectations. This role acts as a direct extension of the company for the customer, addressing needs promptly, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain effective communication with the team and the client, ensuring alignment in processes, quick issue resolution, and strong relationship management.
• Coordinate daily workloads, monitor queues, oversee operational performance, and allocate tasks according to client requirements.
