Operations Supervisor

Your role will lead the day-to-day shifts within the Sport Lancaster Facilities. You will ensure safe and effective working practices are in place which are delivered to an exceptional level of customer standards. You will lead and motivate the recreation and reception teams in the delivery of the operational strategy. You will be required to work on a shift-based system, which includes the requirement for you to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, University closure days and bank holidays.
