Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient production, planning, and inventory control.
Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource utilization.
Assist in implementing time and motion studies and capacity planning initiatives.
Lead and coordinate operational staff with firm and effective supervision.
Travel to company branches as needed to support operational requirements.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in operations or production.
Solid understanding of production management, production planning & control, and inventory management.
Preferably knowledgeable in time & motion study and capacity planning.
Good communication skills in English and Tagalog .
