Job Overview
:Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position assists in the planning and directing of all pick tower shift activities and labour in the warehouse. In conjunction with the Operations Manager, this role is accountable for ensuring that the shift is prepared for daily operations. Responsible for supervising the pre-reception, picking, storage, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. Perform day-to-day responsibility with minimum supervision by managing labour and tasks to achieve business results. Operations Manager and/or DC Manager provide guidance on special issues.
