BCMEA’s customer-members are ship owners and agents, stevedores, container, bulk, break bulk and cruise ship terminal operators. Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Training Operations, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of worksite trainers in the field. This role ensures the successful delivery and continuous improvement of training programs while maintaining the highest safety standards.
