About the Role

The goal of Bison’s Student Placements is to provide students with valuable work and life experience. Students are hired to work full time for the duration of an 8-month coop placement term (May 2026 until December 2026). 
We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post-secondary student to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and to learn about our Operations team, our Company and the transportation Industry. 
Responsibilities:
Communication with customers and drivers via telephone,email, chat, and satellite.
Assisting with customs-related issues for South- and North-bound shipments.
Providing our drivers with information such as customer specifics, routing, road conditions, and other information.
Problem solving by working closely with our drivers and internal departments to service our customers.
