Operations Specialist Quality System
This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement by sourcing data from various customer feedback sources, applying statistical and benchmarking techniques to trend data to identify opportunities for improvement, and providing data to represent service failures.
The schedule for this role is a hybrid role being in the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical and benchmarking techniques to trend data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide data to represent service failures.
- Responsible for requesting additional reports or data exports from Innovapost or other areas of the organization.
- Analyze data and identify opportunity areas (example: top root cause for complaints).
