About the Role

This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from home full-time. You will be assisting with a portfolio of 4 commercial properties, as well as providing executive assistance/ personal support to the Owner. This is very much a hybrid EA/ Property Administration role.

Compensation
$60,000 – $80,000 per annum

Responsibilities
Coordinate repairs and maintenance across commercial properties in Vancouver and Squamish (e.g. scheduling a roofer at one of the Broadway properties, following up on an HVAC repair in Squamish)

Get quotes from contractors, get approval, and make sure the work gets done and invoiced 

Manage ongoing relationships with 15+ vendors: roofing, HVAC, cleaning, la...
