Operations Program Manager

Operations Program manager (6–9 contract role months)
We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to support a factory relocation project on a contract basis for approximately 6–9 months, based in KL.
This position will work closely with the client's Transformation Lead, partnering with cross functional operational teams. The program focuses on relocating production between two factory facilities, while maintaining customer service level, and managing the phased closure of a manufacturing site in close collaboration with the local General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive program plans from an initial business case, including defining workstreams, goals, KPIs, budgets and delivery teams
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of the program
Take a proactive, hands-on role in resolving issues and supporting leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes, beyond traditional project coordination...
