This role exists for one simple reason: the billboard network has grown, and the Operations & Production Manager needs a strong second set of hands.

The business runs a mix of digital and static outdoor assets. When everything is humming, no one notices. When something fails, it matters — fast. This role is about keeping assets live, projects moving, and problems dealt with before they become expensive or public.

It's hands-on, occasionally physical, sometimes urgent, and never boring.

What success looks like in this role

After 6–12 months, a strong performer will be:

• Running day-to-day operational issues without hand-holding

• Coordinating new billboard builds so trades turn up, timelines hold, and installs land cleanly

• Keeping maintenance organised rather than reactive

• Being the go-to person when something breaks, flick...
