JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Support Professional 1 will provide front-line support for our hotel's technological needs. They will use analytical and troubleshooting skills to find solutions to technology-based problems. They will be responsible for taking these requests from our hotels through a number of different sources, including phone, chat, and email. These requests will include, but will not be limited to, property management systems, Windows-based operating systems, user account management, and interface connectivity support.
