Operations & Personal Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a high-level Operations & Personal Assistant to act as the invisible engine for the two founders of Norse Organics and Frøya .

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 administrative job. This is a role for a proactive orchestrator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in making complex lives run smoothly. You will be the point of contact where business operations meet personal logistics.

Your mission is to eliminate friction. You will manage both the professional and personal ecosystems of the founders:

• Complex Logistics: Full ownership of international travel, dynamic scheduling, and personal bookings.
• Business Support: Manage inboxes, coordinate with vendors, and act as a gatekeeper for high-level communications.
