About the Role
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management ( a First Degree or Master’s Degree from Kwame Nkurmah University of Science and Technology is an added advantage).Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Engineering/Project Management certification) is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in a recognized construction company, with exposure to managing multiple projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and contract administration.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software).
