About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Account Specialist to join our Small Business Banking team. Reporting to the Manager of Deposit Compliance Remediation, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer accounts remain compliant with financial regulations.
This is a back-office administrative role that involves conducting thorough file reviews, updating missing customer information, and supporting internal partners to provide a seamless banking experience. If you are a proactive professional with a background in banking or high-volume administrative environments, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a leading financial institution.
Location: Markham, Ontario (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Contract Duration: March 2, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (Extension & Conversion potential)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Core Business Hours (Overtime as needed)
