Owning Drivers availability on FREENOW platform including developing acquisition channels, optimising onboarding funnel & their lifetime valueBeing accountable for establishing strong relationships with Key fleet partners, which will require cross-channel communication (face-to-face, digital, etc.), support and advisoryMonitoring the KPIs of our Supply (Driver) Base & Key Accounts, identify performance changes and investigate the root causesWorking on Financial and Non-Financial Incentives for our Key Account partners, which might require collaboration with central teams and 3rd partiesAligning with relevant stakeholders and work together on actions to improve Key Account performance and introduction of Product improvements TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
