Operations Manager

A leading advanced manufacturing organization serving highly regulated industries is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end order fulfillment execution across a complex, high-mix production environment. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery performance, operational accountability, and cross-functional execution excellence across the full order lifecycle — from order receipt through shipment. The Operations Manager will lead a team of Program/Project Managers and serve as the central coordination point between Production Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer-facing teams.
