As Dyson’s Operations Manager in Malaysia, you are at the centre of our manufacturing network—turning vision into reality. Your role is to direct daily operations, develop people and processes, and secure seamless, high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximise output, productivity, and product quality.
Ensure all procedures comply with Dyson’s global standards, industry regulations, and local policies.
Performance & Reporting:
Develop, track, and analyse operational KPIs (output, cost, quality, delivery, yield, efficiency).
