Role Details

Visy Board O’Connor is a leading corrugated cardboard manufacturing facility serving WA and national markets. Reporting to the State General Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations including safety, production, quality, industrial relations, HR, maintenance, and continuous improvement. This hands-on role ensures the plant operates efficiently, safely, and in line with Visy’s high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the production process and plant personnel to meet operational and safety targets
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, payroll, conversion costs, and operational KPIs
