Operations Manager

**Objective**:We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of processes and results.This role requires a team player with high drive and a passion for continuous improvement.You'll lead and optimize all operations activities—including production, logistics, warehouse, quality—to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
