We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the launch, consolidation, and long-term growth of a new automotive manufacturing facility in Querétaro. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a global operations network—ideal for a leader with strong technical depth, strategic perspective, and the ability to build a world-class operation from the ground up.
Strategic Scope of the Role
Lead the full greenfield launch: equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and transition to stable production.
Build and develop the site leadership team across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials.
Ensure operational excellence aligned with global standards in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Establish structured processes, visual management, and a Lean culture from day one.
