About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Operations Leader to act as the CEO's operational right hand for a DTC e-commerce brand. The role requires ownership of CX performance, SLAs, P&L and COGS, KPI-led decision-making, and continuous improvement of operational systems. This role is not suitable for junior, admin, or logistics-only operations profiles. If your background includes scaling e-commerce or digital businesses with full operational ownership, I'd be happy to connect.
