About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, systems-oriented Operations Manager / Director to lead and elevate our Philippines-based support and back-office team.

This is not a task-based role. This is a leadership and transformation role.

You will be responsible for building structure, improving workflows, implementing systems, driving accountability, and developing a high-performing remote team.

Our goal is to build a world-class support operation. We are looking for someone who has done this before and can do it again.
