Operations Manager
to support lead calls, manage client communication, coordinate projects, and help build internal systems as we scale.

Role Description

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that sits between
operations, project management, and process building
. You'll work closely with the founders to keep projects running smoothly and help improve how the studio operates day-to-day.
