About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager (Banking & Forex Reconciliation) to oversee banking and forex reconciliation functions. This high-tier role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operational and financial processes, including fund settlements, trade postings, reconciliations, and client collections. The successful candidate will bring a strong accounting and banking background, coupled with proven expertise in handling complex, high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate beginning and ending balances of all accounts.

• Post forex and funding trades accurately in Excel and in-house systems, ensuring audit integrity.

• Prepare and execute bank instructions for funding and settlement, ensuring fund availability and adherence to cut-offs.
