• Managing high volume annotation and labeling work in the field of Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, E-Commerce, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning business.
• BPO based labeling work in response to high volume and high complexity content postings on social media platforms
• Acting as liaison between clients, production and support departments related to client & market specific requirements
• Managing fluctuating HC requirements as per client forecasts by working on employee life-cycle management, staffing plans & hiring requisitions etc
• Experienced Specialist in Trust & Safety &/or E-Commerce industry and having a thorough understanding of Quality & Efficiency metrics prevalent in the industry.
• Will most often be a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes or activities.
