Operations Manager

We are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and scale complex, multi-client operational delivery within a high-growth, distributed services environment. This role requires a strategic operator with deep experience in BPO or shared services, capable of building scalable frameworks, leading large remote teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Own end-to-end operational performance across multiple service lines and delivery teams.
Define and implement governance models, operational standards, and performance frameworks.
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure accountability and visibility.
Service Delivery & Execution
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across accounts and teams.
Act as the senior escalation point for operational challenges and performance issues.
