Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Objective: Project has to deliver the needs and expectations of the clients while maintaining profitability

To ensure the alignment and QOT compliance of the following Departments under Operations Group:

• Project Planning
• Project Implementation
• EQM
• PCT
• Project Sites

Approving Function is with the President

• Approves detailed project plans, Project ID, Data Sheet
• Approves the project organization charts, staffing and personnel roles and requirements
• Coordinate and get regular updates from Project-In-Charge for every project handled
• Consolidates all site issues and concerns for proper coordination to relevant stakeholders including the top management and all head office departments (Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing, Equipment, Accounting, Finance and HR)
