Operations Manager

The candidate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across manufacturing and warehouse sites. This role ensures seamless communication and alignment between departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Distribution, and Planning. The manager will be physically present in the factories and warehouses to proactively identify issues, facilitate problem-solving, and support execution excellence.




Operational Oversight

-Ensure daily execution of production and logistics plans in line with operational targets.

- Monitor on-site manufacturing and warehousing activities to ensure compliance with schedules, safety, and quality standards.

- Act as the on-site escalation point for resolving cross-departmental operational issues.
