JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Operations & Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing excursions for guests.
- Liaise with local vendors and transport providers to ensure timely and smooth operations.
- Coordinate daily logistics (transport, equipment, guide assignments).
- Ensure excursion departures and returns are punctual and well‑organized.
2. Guest Service
- Provide detailed information about excursions, prices, schedules, and safety procedures, preferably in guests’ language (French or Chinese)
- Handle guest bookings, inquiries, and feedback professionally.
