Operations Manager

Job description:

• Manage day-to-day operations, oversee the operations and distribution team and department
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Ensure organizational processes comply with regulatory requirements, Safety, Company policies and ISO Standards
• Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs and wastage with active involvement across the floor; providing support to suggestions for improvements.
• Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Experience with BOMBA, DOSH & ISO is preferred.
• Minimum Degree qualification.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
