About the Role
Job description:
- Manage day-to-day operations, oversee the operations and distribution team and department
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
- Ensure organizational processes comply with regulatory requirements, Safety, Company policies and ISO Standards
- Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs and wastage with active involvement across the floor; providing support to suggestions for improvements.
- Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
- Experience with BOMBA, DOSH & ISO is preferred.
- Minimum Degree qualification.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
