Salary Range: $134,980 - $224,960
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour dayshift
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will lead and optimize pulp manufacturing at the Kamloops mill. They will provide leadership to a group of more than 150 salaried and union personnel. They will coach, develop and evaluate performance of direct reports by way of the Employee Development and Performance Appraisal Review (EDPAR), and promote the Kruger Way, culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have an advanced level of knowledge and a demonstrated track record in leading and managing world-class safety performance, expertise in pulp production, human relations, continuous improvement and a strong technical background.
